A Simple Pasta Dish
Rotini pasta with extra virgin olive oil, zuchini, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes (rehydrated with vegetable broth), Italian-seasoned canned tomatoes, fresh basil, and a little SoySations parmesan-style shreds.
Pasta with zucchini has always been one of my faves!
