Watermelon Cake
Kelly sent us proof that a healthy dessert can be a fabulous celebratory centerpiece: "I made this watermelon cake for my sister’s high school graduation party!"
We could hardly keep the sticks in the cake long enough to take pictures - the kids ate them all and then asked us to refill them! I've never seen kids go after fruit so fast!

This is wonderful. My own high school graduation party is coming up and this has inspired me to do something different and not make a marbled sheet cake
