Yumm! Bowl


Brown rice, black beans, zucchini, spinach, tomatoes, salsa, cilantro, and a little scoop of Original Yumm! Sauce, from my favorite Cafe Yumm!

    Yes, it contains canola oil, but there are recipes to make your own at home. You can leave out the oil and substitute some nondairy milk. I wish they would make a no oil version!
