Spaghetti Squash with Eggplant Marinara
From Kara, "I try to make "classic" dinners using fresh, whole ingredients. This is my gluten-free, vegan spaghetti: spaghetti squash topped with eggplant marinara and sauteed mushrooms with roasted asparagus on the side."
