We have just started using tofu instead of scrambled eggs/ And you know what? I do not miss eggs one little bit. Dairy milk is gone, and now eggs. Butter and cheese are next on the list. Becming vegan, one less dairy product at a time.

I'm normally not a tofu gal (the texture gets to me), but this looks beyond good! I'll have to try it out ASAP.
