Yummy Greens Bowl

Nichole writes, "I made this Yummy Greens Bowl for dinner the other night and it turned out so tasty!

"It was a simple bed of quinoa topped with sauteed kale and mushrooms, carrots, cilantro, sesame seeds and tahini salad dressing. Quick to throw together and super-satisfying."

That looks really good. Are you following Dr Furhman's eating plan, too? I am, but I am having some issues. It's hard to work in a bakery and avoid sugar, dairy, and fat. It's starting to get to me *sigh*
