Heather from Richmond Virginia sends us this recipe: "This is a most delicious bean salad with kidney beans, chick peas, avocado, Ro Tel (a canned mix of tomatoes and chilies), cilantro & feta cheese. I couldn't stop eating it!!! I didn't create this salad, but found it on a blog by MckMama called my charming kids."
