Sounds good!
Ate this today, but on rye bread, and I sliced the mushroom up. Best sandwich I've ever had, including restaurants. I think the rye bread makes a big difference.
I'm not a fan of veggies, but this looks delicious and I want one!
I just thought I'd mention I made this (sweet potatoes and all) and it was amazing!
